MIAR Shelter Visit

On the 23rd of September, 10 volunteers headed out to MIAR shelter for a visit. Volunteers helped with bathing the dogs, feeding and also cleaning the compound where the dogs are staying. There were a total of 150+ dogs, some had disabilities, like paralyzed leg, part of brain exposed etc. The dogs were very friendly, too friendly actually. These dogs actually need some love and affection from time to time, so volunteers were told to play with the dogs for most of the time. Taking care of all these dogs isn’t an easy task and the volunteers were able to experience how tough of a job it is.
So please keep in mind that it is always better to adopt than shop. Let these little furry friends a chance to live a happy life.🐾
