RECYCLING DAY WITH LDH

Our Mother Earth is a home for all beings. On 28 October 2018, 10 volunteers visited Palm Spring Condominium, Damansara to help Lovely Disabled Home (LDH) with Housing Recycling Day.

When we reached the Home, the PIC gave a short briefing about recyclable and non-recyclable items to the volunteers. This time, there were more helping hands as there are working adults and students from other institutions.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the PIC and some permanent volunteers of LDH for being patient in teaching us to sort out the recyclable items. Once completed the work, the volunteers had a small conversation with PIC, it was a pleasure as everyone gave the responses and felt not tired after collecting the recyclable items up and down in the condominium.

Together, we must “be a part of the solution, not part of the pollution”, we hope that this event can encourage the public to practice 5Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle, refuse and repurpose) all the time in order to save the Mother Earth from severe pollution.
